2016 Study Abroad Grant Recipient

Brittany Ladson

Brittany Ladson is a junior pre-medical student in Lyman Briggs College, a teaching assistant for introductory biology, and a research assistant in a cancer lab. She enjoys traveling, volunteering at Sparrow Hospital, and shadowing physicians. She also enjoys spending time with the elderly as a nursing assistant for Senior Helpers. Ladson aspires to be an OB-GYN after attending the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State (class of 2022). She plans on using her Study Abroad grant funds to attend a study abroad program during Spring Semester 2017 in Merida, Mexico. She will be studying Osteopathic Medicine: Special Problems in Third World Countries.
